| About Our Business Allard Company was founded in Valley City, North Dakota in 1955 by A. A. Touring, but was purchased by present owners, Roger and Marlene Bischoff in 1976. In the beginning, the business revolved around trophy and awards fabrication, and slowly moved its way into the signage and the engraved merchandise market. Currently, we have been busy making sign packages for hotels and motels, health care facilities, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, educational facilities, and sports compounds. We also have been developing new and exciting custom products for commercial use. We pride ourselves in the quality of our product and our ability to customize to suit the needs of our clients .
